The reality is, "eating healthy" is extremely subjective. When most of us think about being healthy, we only think about weight and appearance, but it's so much more than that. 70% of your immune system lies in your gut. Every bite you take, you’re either compounding good health or you’re compounding poor health. There’s no two ways about it.

Health is just like investing in your retirement fund, if you invest early and often then you’ll be just fine. If you don’t, it will come back to bite you. Humans love learning the hard way. So you can either feed it, or fight it, and the choice is 100% yours.

In my program, I give you the step by step to get your health to exactly where you want it to be. You won't just lose weight for a few weeks and end up right back where you started. You'll change your body, change your brain, and ultimately change your life.

Do you struggle to fall asleep at night? Do you wake up several times each night? Wake up feeling like you didn't sleep enough?

What happens if you don’t “catch up” on those hours of sleep that you missed, especially after a long weekend of drinking? Are you just slowly dying? 

The answer is...kind of. Imagine your DNA as shoelaces and then imagine lighting the shoelace on fire with a lighter, it’s slowly going to shrivel down right? That’s basically what happens when you lose out on sleep. The “shoelaces” are called telomeres.

I totally respect hard work and hustle and trust me, I’ve had my fair share of pulling all nighters in HS, college, and even now trying to run a business. I’m guilty of it. But it’s insane to me how much society glorifies being busy and not sleeping. You're literally “cool” for not sleeping. 

In my program, I teach you how sleeping is actually cooler than you think. Sleep is the foundation for sound health, and we're nothing without it
